9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAAccountantPro's liability for any damages arising out of the use of our Services shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service that gave rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where USAAccountantPro is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court within that jurisdiction.
